Built from the Ground Up
Ray Industries was established in the early 2026 with a single fabrication bay and a team of two brother skilled craftsmen. From day one, our founder's vision was clear: build components that never fail in the field, and build a company that never lets its clients down.
Through the 2000s, we expanded our machining capabilities, invested in CNC technology, and earned our first major contracts in the oil & gas sector. By 2010, we had grown to a 5000+ sq ft facility with over 15 employees and a reputation for delivering on time, every time.
Today, Ray Industries operates a fully integrated 15000+ sq ft manufacturing campus. We serve clients across six major industries, hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and continue to invest in the people, processes, and technology that keep us ahead.

Kamlesh founded Ray Industries in 2002 with a vision to build a world-class manufacturing company from India. With over 35 years in heavy engineering, he continues to set the standard for technical excellence and client commitment.
Sunil Mehta
Director — Operations
Sunil oversees all production, planning, and supply chain operations. His lean manufacturing expertise has driven a 40% improvement in on-time delivery over the past five years.
Priya Sharma
Head of Quality Assurance
Priya leads Ray Industries' quality management system and holds certifications in Six Sigma and NDT. Under her leadership, the company achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Anil Kumar
Chief Engineer
Anil heads the engineering and design team, bringing 25 years of experience in pressure vessel design, structural engineering, and precision machining across oil & gas and power sectors.
